BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY:
We are a subsidiary of Ohio Decorative Products, which was incorporated
in 1950.
In 1971 they purchased 5 Flexible Foam Plants from Diamond Shamrock.
That subsidiary, Flexible Foam, has continued to grow. Flexible
Foam and related businesses are now located in Texas (1986), Florida,
Colorado, Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee, Mississippi, North Carolina,
Washington, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, as well as Ohio.
TOTAL EMPLOYMENT: 120 permanent employees, 10
temps, and 3-shifts
