Do you have what it takes to be a leader in Kaufman County? If so, Leadership Kaufman County is seeking applicants for their 2023-2024 class.

Leadership Kaufman County is a 9-month program designed to train and encourage Kaufman County business people and residents to take an active role in determining the future of Kaufman County.  The objective of the program is to develop a heightened sense of community awareness, involvement and leadership.  Led by community professionals and civic leaders the sessions combine classroom instruction, panel discussions, on site visits and classroom interaction with session leaders. The Program begins in September and goes through June of the following year.

The intent of the program is the develop new community leaders and enhance the skills and community awareness of existing community leaders. The goal of the process is to assemble a diverse group of individuals with a common interest in leadership.
